Raisins

Fresno State students grow and process seven different types of raisins each year to sell at the farm market. The different varieties, which are the Flames, Princess, Summer Royal, Autumn Royal, Scarlet Royal, Sweet Scarlet and Thompson, each have their own flavor, color, shape and size.
